His clients are established, values-led business owners at the point they can’t grow and can’t take time off. Everything routes through them. Every decision, every problem, every crisis. They are the bottleneck – whether or not they know it. They’ve built something successful and now just work, just earn, just keep the machine going. That is not how they set out to live.
